Our clients based in Ascot are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support team member. This is a full time role, working with a friendly team within beautiful offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a strong team player and have good attention to detail.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Taking ownership of customer technical enquiries
Assiting in mainting cyber security on the IT estate of the company
Liase within the UK engineering team, manufacturers support team and internal team where necessary
Distributing internally of the latest documentation that is released by Japan and support the CEC technological requirements
Online product health checks for customers who have purchased services
