Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £23,000 + benefits + bonus

Location : Camberley

Vacation times: Starting 20 days + bank holidays

Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm

My client who are based in Camberley are looking for an Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have excellent administrative skills with excellent organisational ability and has got a keen eye for detail. My client requires the successful candidate to have excellent Customer Service skills and will be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and customers over the telephone.

Daily Duties

Building strong relationships with contacts over the phone and via email

Producing quotes, contracts, and raising orders

Checking availability of stock, organising deliveries and processing invoices

Answering calls from customers in a polite and timely manner

Data entry

Process credit notes and customer returns
