Customer Service Administrator

Location : Southampton

Salary £20,000 – £23,000

My client who are based in Southampton are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. We are looking for candidates who have got a experience providing excellent customer over the telephone as well as dealing with email queries. You must be confident, hard working and personable.

Daily Duties

The role of the Customer Service Administrator is to provide office-based support for the International Team in the day to day running of the client portfolio, including client and provider interactions.

The Administrator will be part of the first point of contact for client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.

The Administrator needs to be able to distinguish and work within the boundaries of non-advised queries and to work within Compliance Guidelines, Data Protection, FCA Guidelines and Treating Customers Fairly.

The job holder will provide a service, confining advice and information to those areas in which the job holder is deemed competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate.

To provide daily support to International Account Coordinators and International sales team

Requesting renewal terms for company schemes

Ensure the smooth running of assigned administration on a day to day basis including, scanning documentation, production of daily and monthly reporting and mail merges

Co-ordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data & communication material.

Ensure that any correspondence received and issued is checked for discrepancies and challenge as appropriate
