Customer Service Advisor

Location: Camberley

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000

My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and busy team. You will ensure a high level of Customer Service is maintained at all times and processes are followed to ensure compliancy requirements are met in accordance with Statutory Regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, take messages, pass on or deal with where possible.

Register candidates.

Scan and save documentation internally.

Post-sales calls to ensure high levels of service.

Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries.

Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up on customer interactions.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

 

Person Specification:

Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.

Polite telephone manner and confident with speaking to people over the phone.

Excellent written and verbal communications.

Organised.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.

Comfortable working with the different teams in the business.
