Customer Service Advisor
Location: Fleet
Salary: £18,000 – £20,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.45am – 4.15pm

My client based in Fleet is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly growing team. No experience is necessary but is preferred. They’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and is passionate when it comes to achieving high customer satisfaction. You will receive full training and daily support whilst be surrounded by a friendly team. Once you have completed your training there will be the option for you to work from home but you can also work in the office if you wish.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound customer queries, complaints and requests by email
Dealing with complaints over the phone as necessary
Liaising with Suppliers to gain information necessary to resolve cases
Liaising with the Product and services manager to resolve cases
Completing Court paperwork as necessary (small claims/mediation)
Using the Recording System to retrieve customer phone calls for use as evidence to resolve cases
Handling outbound responses to customer
Working with Operations Manager, Sales Managers, Accounts Manager and Corporate Team to provide a seamless service to our customers.
Work with Sales Managers to reduce complaints and retain bookings.
Responding to chargebacks
Provide support to the Product and service manager when necessary to facilitate the smooth running of the Department.
To provide support to the accounts department by ensuring that you are communicating clearly in regard to when a refund may need processing.
To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected in accordance with the position
