Customer Service Executive

Location: Bracknell

Salary £24,000-£26,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm

My client based in Bracknell who are in the gaming industry are seeking a customer service executive to come and join their team. To apply for this position you should have previous experience working in a customer centric role, and the strive to deliver excellent customer service to all customers


Daily Duties

Dealing with customer queries via phone/ in house CRM system

Dealing with a large volume of tickets daily

Tracking customer items and updating them on their delivery times

Dealing with returns and refunds using our inhouse system and Ebay store

Liaising with our fulfilment centre for items returned etc so can credit customer etc

Using our accounting software to understand customer transaction ledger

Will be trained on processing refunds for customer

Willingness to learn and use new systems
