Finance Operations Admin Assistant

Location: Lymington

Salary: £21,000

Working Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 9am – 5.30pm or Wednesday – Sunday 9am – 5.30pm

Full and Part Time Options Available

My client is looking for a Finance Operations Admin Assistant to come on board and join their growing team. You will be support the customer service team and be essential to the smooth running of the day to day processes. They are looking for an organised problem solver who is enthusiastic and works well in a team. This is a great opportunity for you to grow your skillset, while working and support some of the Senior Management Teams and service providers.

Responsibilities:

Refunds – Swift return of funds upon request or part of cancellation

Reconciliations – ensuring the customer accounts are in order.

Investigating and resolving member transaction disputes through chargebacks and internal/external communication

Escalations – Investigating customer queries and responding within set SLA.

Processes & Procedures – to support new product innovations.

Administration tasks such as statement reconciliations.

Person Specification:

Someone who is organised and able to set priorities and work towards a goal

Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal

Able to communicate within a team environment at all levels of the business both internally and externally

A positive approach to learning

Starter/Finisher

A problem solver who can assess situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information

Knowledge of working with Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Used to working in a service level environment that involves multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks

Ability to be flexible with your hours

Working knowledge of Google Suite
