Head of Marketing
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Hours: Monday – Friday
A software and services company delivering competence management services within the UK and internationally.
The Head of Marketing role is a consolidated marketing role to include digital, brand, content, product, and events marketing.
This is a brand-new role that is being created to help cement the underpinning functions of the business whilst the company grows. They recognise the need to have a centralised resource that has an overarching responsibility for certain functions that are critical to the success of our company.
Owning and delivering against the company marketing strategy.
Managing, creating, and coordinating marketing content for a variety of channels across the business.
Managing the delivery of the pipeline of content and activities.
Stakeholder liaison with third parties such as graphic designer.
Owning the company website and updating content accordingly.
Conducting analysis to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report key findings.
Executing deliverables for company events, in conjunction with the Business Support Manager.
Reporting on latest marketing activities and scheduled events at the weekly management meeting.
Understanding and embodying the core values of our business and the industry that we support.
Proven success in developing marketing campaigns and content.
Proven experience in a role of a similar standing.
Extremely organised and diligent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
Driven individual with great decision-making skills.
