The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Managing and coaching the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between sales, project delivery, and customer support
  • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the sales team
  • Identifying training and development needs for the sales team and coordinating relevant programs


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, in the Fire and Security industry demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
