HR Business Partner
Location : Guildford
Salary: £51,000-£55,000 + Benefits
My client who are based in Guildford are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their fast growing business. To apply for this position you will need 5+ years of experience within a HR role as well as excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Advising and supporting managers and executives on all strategic and operational HR topics.
Development of annual talent development plans aligned to strategy and Group initiatives.
Design and implementation of strategic talent development tasks and initiatives.
Working with the HR team to ensure all HR processes are implemented and reviewed.
Leading the enhancement of HR processes for the UK.
Participation in audits (HR) including Quality, Compliance, Payroll audits.
Supporting change processes and specific projects.
Working with the Head of HR in tasks required by the company
Working together with HR colleagues in other countries and participating in cross-divisional HR projects
Regularly updating knowledge on innovations, trends and news/updates in HR
Sharing best practice HR with HR colleagues, to assist with development within the team.
Experience and Skills
A level calibre, with relevant HR qualification or appropriate work-based experience.
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in operational HR.
Confident communicator, able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Superb organisational skills with the ability to multi task
A team player, organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility and high level of integrity.
