Interim HR Manager
Location : Farnborough
Salary : £45,000 – £55,000
Hybrid options are available
To start in September/October 2022
My client who are based in Farnborough are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 14month contract. The purpose of this role is to support and lead the team to ensure error free and efficient completion of all HR tasks (regular and adhoc). The job holder will be a go to person for managers and senior managers for any HR related task/situation.
Daily Duties
Individual Team 1:1’s, quarterly and as required
Weekly HR Project Updates meeting
Daily & Monthly Executive Management Team (EMT) meeting (this role will feed in information to the EMT but will not be an EMT member)
Committee Meetings (tasks to be delegated as required)
Checking of monthly flex data will be dependent on the individuals experience and will otherwise be delegated to the HR Advisor
First point of contact for EMT and Senior Managers
First point of contact for line managers
Line management of HR team, ensuring ongoing training and development takes place and that all HR duties are carried out effectively and efficiently by relevant team member
Overseeing the 2023 HR timetable (key items logged on project plan tracker, to be reviewed weekly)
Recruitment – liaison between managers and agencies
