Lead Generator

Location: Camberley

Salary: £24,000+ Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

My client based in Camberley are seeking a Lead Generator to join their fast growing, friendly team. To apply for this position you will need a confident and professional telephone manner, be money motivated and target driven. Previous sales experience is desired but not essential.


Daily Duties

Research of prospect contact details and updating the database

Building appropriate filters as required

Fact finding for future opportunities, e.g. next contract review dates

Calling and emailing prospects to offer the Litmus services and to book appointments for meetings with the prospects

Deal with incoming sales enquiries, whether they be by phone or email, ensuring these are followed up and, if necessary, passed on the right person to act upon.

Recording details of booked appointments into the Business Development Log

To achieve the targets sets for them by their Manager

Support other marketing activities as required, including attendance at events

Supporting other teams and office administration as required


Skill Set

Clear and confident communicator, especially over the phone and in emails

Previous successful business development experience is an advantage

Thrive in targeted business development environment and resilient to coping with the frequent level of rejection from prospects and encountering the barriers created by gatekeepers

Able to learn quickly, especially the key aspects of the services and sectors Litmus engage in, and alert to spotting opportunities during conversations with prospects

This individual is likely to be fast paced, a self-starter, determined, enthusiastic, good team worker, reliable, sociable and driven to meet deadlines.
