My client who are based in Crowthorne is a company within the pharmacy industry who have merged over 100 pharmacy stores across the UK and Ireland region with an ambition to become the ‘Pharmacy of the Future’.

The company’s aim is to create a preventative health system that serves multiple local communities in all areas of health and help reduce the 6m NHS waiting list. My client will differentiate itself from traditional pharmacy stores by offering its patients new additional services and diagnostic checks. My client plans to deliver an exceptional innovative service to their vast and extremely loyal patient and customer base.

We are now looking for 2 very motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join a small but busy head office team, to support the Board with its vision of being the ‘Pharmacy of the Future’.

Daily Duties

  • Coordinate 100+ pharmacy administrative activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management team
  • Manage phone/zoom calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Organise and manage data rooms
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
