Location: Sunbury on Thames
Salary: £22,000 – £23,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm or 9am-6pm
My exciting client based in Sunbury on Thames is looking for an Order Processor to come on board and join their friendly team. You will be responsible for monitoring and processing European customer orders through the system and keeping the shipment information up to date.
Monitor the various systems to ensure electronic orders from customers are processed properly in a timely manner.
Identify any problems and take immediate action to minimise delays in the processing of these orders.
Receive e-mail customer orders from the Sales team, verify the details are correct and then input the orders onto the system then send the order to Warehouse for picking.
Co-ordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts and Planning departments and certain customers directly, to resolve any problems and make changes to orders.
Create new customer accounts and update address/account information as required.
Handles all shipment discrepancies once the order has been processed.
Run various reports and provide an analysis of the daily order performance for management review.
Support RMA department to process RMA orders and update the status in the internal system.
1-2 years administration experience gained within a similar type of role e.g. Sales Administration, Order Processing.
Comfortable working in a team-based environment.
Performing multiple tasks whilst paying attention to details are essential and being able to identify problems quickly.
Show initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Typing with good accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your work carefully.
Flexible to adapt to work procedure changes.
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Macro will be an advantage.
