My client who are based in Guildford are looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Reception, Customer Service and Administration. To apply for this role you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multi task.
Daily Duties
Reception duties
Answering the phone and booking appointments
Monitoring the inbox
Assist with letters and various correspondence
Skill set
Experience within Reception or Customer Service
Use of Microsoft Excel
A self starter who is commercially driven and results focussed
Enthusiastic and hard working
