Sales and Events Coordinator
Location: Farnham

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Bonus

My client is a long-established business who are leading manufacturers and installers of shading products into the construction and fitout industry. They are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Events Coordinator to join a growing team, this is a brilliant career opportunity for the right candidate with plenty of scope to develop and take on additional responsibility.


Daily Duties

This position plays a crucial role in coordinating CPD’s (Continuous Professional Development) lunch/breakfast meetings, webinars and industry events

CPDs, lunch & learn, & breakfast meeting appointments

You will also take a tactical and strategic approach to managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) campaigns enabling the company to build customer relationships and streamline processes

Create and execute email campaigns and outbound B2B calls to generate appointments

Enquires and activity onto the CRM (HubSpot) and SharePoint

Ensure events run seamlessly and follow up with CPD certificates.

Assist with the set up/break down of some larger events

Post-event follow ups


Required Experience

Previous CRM experience, ideally with a good knowledge of HubSpot, and campaign management

Engaging verbal/written communication skills essential

Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Analytics or Adobe Suite advantageous

Efficiently manage your own time and projects

A self-starter with a strong desire to hit deadlines and targets

High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
