Sales Executive / Lead Generator

Salary : £21,000 + Commission + Benefits
My client who are based in Sheffield are looking for Sales Executive / Lead Generator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who are hard working, driven and target driven. To apply for this role you must have a confident telephone manner and have the ability to build strong working relationships.
The role will involve the efficient conversion of data to qualified leads, utilising email marketing, social media and data management through our CRM system.
Achieve personal and company targets through supplied leads and self-generation where required
Manage own workload to levels required to achieve set targets
Work effectively with the International Sales Team – Weekly
Maintain and grow industry knowledge through training and self-study
Over achieve on every KPI set
Market research all leads to develop to warm status
Generate new prospects for own account book daily
Drive the companys target achievement through communications with Operations Manager
Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers through email and phone usage
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your potential customers
Actively support the CRM system with data flow
Actively promote all company services and ensure all obtained details are recorded fully on the CRM system
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Ensure all internal and external quality and compliance regulations are adhered to at all times
Support management through daily and ad hoc work requests
Work of multiple campaigns/projects as and when requested
Qualifications & Experience
Must be an excellent telephone communicator
Able to demonstrate the skill for achieving genuine sales development
Able to communicate and motivate via written media
Well organised, can respond well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a changing market
Used to multi-tasking
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
