Sales Support Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm
My client based in Farnborough are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their fast growing team. To apply for this position you will need to have previous experience in a similar position as well as using a CRM system, excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting sales reporting activity, new customer onboarding and rate administration.
Check data accuracy on account opening forms, performing credit checks etc.
Contacting clients to obtain required information to support new account application and/or answer queries
Maintain and update account and customer records
Updating of customer pricing agreements in partnership with internal sales team
Develop monthly sales reports
Update the CRM system and populate any potential leads
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations to Senior Management
Provide general support within the Sales and Accounts team as required
Support the Sales Director with monthly reporting and any ad hoc sales support activity.
Demonstratable strong administration and customer management skills
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Experience within a customer service environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Quick learner with good attention to detail
