My client based in Ascot are looking for Sales Support to join their team. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and is paying between £22-25,000 p.a. + commission. You will be working with a friendly team within beatufiul offices and you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing team and Sales team.
Responsibilities
Researching for potential new clients with the use of things like social media, referrals, networking etc to generate new sales
Contacting potential new clients via the telephone and email
Follow up on inbound and ‘warm enquiries’
Respond to enquiries quickly and manage an effective contact strategy
Introduce prospects to the Business Development Manager and hand over all qualified leads
Maintain all working knowledge of all products/services provided by the Company
Recommending products/services to clients
Use of upselling techniques to increase the size of orders
Record all sales activity using the company system
Submit standard sales paperwork such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, monthly progress and business reports
Be responsible for recruitment, induction and training of Sales Development Representatives
Provide constructive feedback to colleagues
