Location: Bracknell

Salary £22,000-£24,000

My client who are based in Bracknell are seeking an Administrator to join their fast growing team. They are looking for a candidate who are organised, customer focused and hardworking. You will play a central role in our office and administration processes and provide excellent support to the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent administrative support to the senior team
  • Be central to the businesses operations and up date departments with business activities
  • Optimise communication between departments
  • Maintain accurate filing and management of paper documents
  • Manage phone calls and mail correspondence
  • Manage office logistics

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Detail-oriented and thorough with a proactive approach
