Mulberry Recruitment is the creation of Managing Director, Ann Luke, who is passionate about recruitment and over the last 20 years has built a successful business with an impressive reputation.

Following an extensive and highly successful career at Director level with both global and national recruitment companies, Ann decided the time was right to use her skills, knowledge, and experience to launch her own business.

The ethos behind the Mulberry brand was simple:
