Admin/Data Entry Clerk
Location: Camberley
Hours: Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

 

About Us:
My client are a busy and friendly freight forwarder specialising in shipments to Italy, Spain, and France. You will consolidate orders from UK publishers and provides a bespoke weekly shipping service for our customers.

 

Role Overview:
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll help ensure our shipments run smoothly each week. You will:

Input invoices from publishers to multiple customers.

Confirm weekly shipment requirements with customers.

Instruct the warehouse team to pick and pack orders using computer-generated pick lists.

Prepare pro forma invoices for customs and send documentation to different agents.

Produce and share spreadsheets and other reports with customers.

Carry out general office duties including filing, scanning, and answering calls.

Occasionally assist with picking and packing in the warehouse.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail.

Confident communication skills, including dealing with European customers.

Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Strong time management and reliability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

Flexibility to cover additional hours when needed (e.g., holiday cover).
