Business Development Manager – Chessington, Surrey

. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team based in Chessington

Basic Salary – £35,000– 50,000 subject to experience+uncapped commission

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential clients and targeting them to create new business opportunities
  • Evaluating customer needs and proposing comprehensive Fire & Security solutions
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover process from sales to project delivery
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest technology and solutions
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients


The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred Knowledge of Fire & Security products, systems, and services
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
