Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience

My client who are based in Sheffield are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team this role is initially going to be for a 3 month period, but could go permanent. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident and personable telephone manner. We are looking for candidates who are patient, hard working and enjoys building strong working relationships with customers.
Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Building relationships with customers over the phone
Providing an excellent customer service
