Salary: £15-16ph DOE

Hours: Full Time – Hybrid Working Available – 2 Days From Home (flexibility required around event days)

Our client based in Farnborough are looking for a strong Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a 3 month temp role with the potential to be extended. The hours are full time (flexibility required around event days) and hybrid working is available – two days at home. You will be supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of events by managing logistics, administration, and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is a confident communicator and is highly organised with good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics & Coordination

Support the planning and execution of international event logistics

Coordinate supplier bookings, deliveries, and on‑site requirements.

Liaise with external suppliers

Prepare event materials such as schedules, equipment lists etc.

Administrative Support

Maintain event documentation, databases, and shared folders.

Track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring timely processing.

Manage event registrations, guest lists, and attendee communications.

On‑Site Event Support

Provide hands‑on support during event setup, delivery, and breakdown.

Act as a point of contact for suppliers, staff, and attendees.

Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally to ensure smooth event operations
