Location: London/Farnborough (Hybrid- only needing to commute for regular team meetings)
Salary: £75,000-£85,000 + Benefits

Overview
A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a highly experienced Head of Corporate Solutions to lead, develop, and grow its Corporate Solutions division. This role oversees a team of consultants delivering workplace pension, auto-enrolment, and wider employee benefits advice to corporate clients ranging from SMEs to major national employers.
This is a strategic, commercially focused leadership role responsible for proposition development, team performance, client experience, and overall channel growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the market-facing leader of the Corporate Solutions channel.
- Own and evolve the advice proposition to ensure competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver against commercial objectives including revenue, profitability, and client growth.
- Contribute to wider business strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Corporate Consultants (c. 5 direct reports).
- Deliver first-line supervision, coaching, and development under the Training & Competency framework.
- Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure ongoing adviser competency and CPD compliance.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members as required.
Client & Relationship Management
- Oversee delivery of high-quality corporate advice across pensions, auto-enrolment, and employee benefits.
- Manage key corporate client relationships, ensuring excellent service, retention, and referral opportunities.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, including professional connections and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Generate warm leads into the individual financial advice channel through corporate relationships.
Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations, T&C standards, and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators, adviser risk reports, and compliance actions.
- Promote a strong risk management culture within the team.
- Oversee accurate reporting, forecasting, and management information.
Operational Excellence
- Continuously improve processes, client experience, and internal collaboration.
- Support internal projects and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Maintain strong market knowledge, understanding regulatory and industry changes.

Experience Required
- Proven experience in corporate financial advice, workplace pensions, or employee benefits.
- Strong track record in sales management and business development.
- Experience building or managing professional connections within the SME or corporate market.
- Background in managing multi-person advisory teams within a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- CF qualifications (CF1–CF5 or equivalent) desirable.
- Must meet FCA “fit and proper” requirements for a Certified role.
