Operations Administrator – German Speaking

Salary: £25,000 – £40,000

My client are looking to hire a fluent German speaking Administrator, to join a growing logistics department. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation or shipping.

 

You will specialise in providing urgent freight movements for airlines, MRO & aircraft lessors, tailoring services to meet clients specific needs across borders. It is a great opportunity to work for a strong international company with offices in London, Hong Kong & Germany.

 

Responsibilities

Air Exports & Imports from the UK

Coordinate orders for new bookings for non UK jobs (communicate tracking between

Airwaybill processing & associated customs & documentation in our software (upload)

Courier & some domestic road haulage handling

 

Skills/Experience

Must be fluent in speaking German

Candidates must have good communication skills.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate,

To hold a positive, can-do attribute

To collaborate and build a strong rapport with clients and colleagues in a small team.

To have held a role in the Aerospace vertical industry (not required but a bonus).

 

Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English
