Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hook

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

My client based in Hook are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their fast growing, friendly team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead our product marketing efforts, which include supporting product, partner, and customer marketing initiatives. To apply for this role you will need experience within a similar position, and a analytical and B2B marketing experience.

 

Key Responsibilities  

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.

Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, tools and resources and create initiatives to address them.   Design and deliver training programmes to equip sales with the knowledge and skills required to sell.   Develop & create high-quality sales content.

General Product marketing around new features and functionalities.

Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders

Develop and create compelling customer-facing presentations

You will be the voice of sales and translate the technical across marketing, sales enablement and product

Be the Go-To-Market expert for Product Marketing, working cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales Strategy and Distribution

Develop, create, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings

Create and produce content for events such as webinars and exhibitions  Develop marketing campaigns to generate awareness.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience 

3+ years of Product Marketing, Sales or Go-To-Market background

Have proven marketing experience within a B2B.

Have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations.

Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.

Be Familiar with B2B marketing and a solid understanding of the buyers journey.

Collaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution

A team player, with a strong desire to succeed, and a can do attitude

Ability to work well under pressure.

Have a high level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Shows moral courage, openness and honesty in all dealings
