My client based in Wokingham, is looking for a Turkish speaking inbound caller to join their team with this exciting new Global campaign. We are looking for candidates who have got strong experience in providing solutions to customers, managing relationships with customers via telephone.
The role is homebased and is paying £12.50 + holiday pay and it will entail communicating with customers on this recall campaign by telephone and you will be trained on how to answer the queries. It is a busy and fast-moving campaign.
Daily Duties
Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
Handling all inbound queries via telephone
Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
Requirements
Visibility of having worked as an inbound caller previously
Calm and patient manner
Competent in all aspects of MS Office packages specifically Outlook
Developed communication skills, including written, spoken.
A conscientious work ethic and strong understanding of meeting and achieving deadlines
Must speak fluent Turkish
