Sales Executive

Location: Frimley

Salary: £26,000 + OTE

My client based in Frimley is looking for a Sales Executive to come on board and join their team. You will be ensuring that every customer has the perfect training experience, through exceptional customer service and advice. You will also undertake sales activities to increase the companies sales in the UK.

Key Accountabilities:

The Sales executive will be the key point of contact for our clients, including from direct sources e.g. Helpline, web or sales support. Responsible for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products which will then enable them to execute the sale or work with the Academy Manager to up-sell

The main element will be establishing new business from enquiries to satisfy requirements, including regular proactive follow ups and relationship building with attendees of public courses.

To be the main contact with tutors in planning dates. This includes co-ordinating subcontractors to ensure all courses are professionally and cost effectively resourced whilst evaluating the most appropriate and relevant from the pool available.

To ensure sales targets are achieved through a mixture of proactive and reactive business development.

To manage inbound enquiries and provide high quality customer service for new and existing clients looking to purchase places on public training courses and/or in-house training.

Record and maintain all enquiries on the CRM system, ensuring all enquiries are followed up.

To raise accurate customer proposals in a timely manner ensuring they meet expectations and meet quality expectations and internal KPI’s.

To undertake sales follow-up calls to ensure the proposal meets the needs of the customer and maximise proposal conversion rates.

Undertake follow-up calls as required to ensure no opportunity is lost and personal and business sales targets are achieved.

To work with the administration team to ensure courses are scheduled within the timeframe indicated by the customer and can be delivered in line with customer expectations.

To work with other members of the Academy team to ensure all opportunities are maximised.

Skills & Knowledge:

Experience of establishing professional and progressive relationships with key influencers in client organisations

Experience of negotiating effectively with customers in order to close a mutually beneficial sale

Experience of working to tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of working in a busy B2B office environment in a customer facing role

Significant experience in sales, business development and/or relationship management in the service sector.

Excellent communication skills, with exceptional customer service skills

Ability to recognise and maximise an opportunity for business development

Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision

Must be performance and results driven
