Location: Aldershot
Salary: £13p/h – £14 p/h £25,000 – £28,000
Hours: Office based Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

My client is looking for a Service Coordinator/ Engineer Scheduler to join their enthusiastic, hardworking, and vibrant office in Aldershot. The ideal candidate will have experience in the same or similar role, although specific training will be provided. You will be responsible for scheduling portfolios of accounts allocated to yourself and the Account Manager.
Daily Duties:
Liaise with engineers regularly
Providing excellent customer service
Building rapport with clients and engineers
Creating reports
Raising jobs on the database
Regular communication with the account manager
Person Specification:
Previous experience in scheduling
Confident
Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
