Telesales Executive
Location: Camberley
Salary: £15ph
Hours: Monday – Friday (Hybrid after training)
My client is based in Camberley and are seeking a driven and enthusiastic telesales professional to join their team and play a critical role in scoring sites for them. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus an attractive commission structure, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive on achieving targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research using Google Maps to identify potential sites for acquisition.
Perform high-volume cold calling to engage with site owners, present proposals, and arrange surveys.
Secure sites by closing leads after surveys have been completed.
Build strong relationships with landlords and obtain necessary approvals for projects.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including research, outreach, and follow-ups across various locations.
Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting and exceeding weekly targets for securing sites.
Display resilience and adaptability when handling objections or rejections, maintaining a proactive approach to the next opportunity.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and via email.
Strong research skills and proficiency in using Google Maps and other tools to identify prospects.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily while keeping organized and efficient.
Resilience and tenacity to thrive under pressure and handle rejections professionally.
