Transformation Training Manager – 6-Month FTC

Ready to put your learning-design skills at the heart of a major business-wide change programme??We’re searching for an experienced Transformation?Training?Manager to create and deliver the training strategy for a high-profile integration project in financial services/Wealth Management industry.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse learning needs for the transformation portfolio and turn them into clear delivery plans.
  • Create blended training assets (virtual classrooms, e-learning, job aids, workshops, micro-learning, etc.).
  • Coordinate project timelines, tracking progress and reporting to the Change Manager.
  • Influence stakeholders at every level, ensuring adoption, compliance and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor risks and maintain training records in line with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track-record designing and rolling out large-scale training in a regulated environment (life & pensions experience a big plus).
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult-learning principles and modern learning technologies/LMS.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, able to translate complex change into practical, learner-friendly solutions.
  • Resilience, decisiveness and a genuine enthusiasm for driving positive change.

The details

  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term (with potential to extend as the programme evolves).
  • Location: Hybrid – mix of office collaboration and remote flexibility.
  • Reporting to: Change & Efficiency Manager, working closely with the Head?of?Operations.
  • Checks: Basic criminal record & credit checks will be required.
