Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 + OTE (realistic £41k)
Hours: Monday – Friday

This is principally an office based role, but may require occasional travel within the UK.
Duties:
Every aspect of the sales process, from onboarding new and prospective customers to after-sales care.
Harvesting, developing and nurturing key accounts for the company, dedicated to growing revenue and identifying opportunities to do so.
Working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to maximise sales and performance.
Converting trial customers into paid subscribers.
Upselling customers to more value-add plans.
Reaching out to those customers that cancel their plans and discussing how we can help them stay.
Maintaining positive business relationships to maintain existing accounts, and working closely with the Support teams to ensure 5 star customer satisfaction.
Person Specification:
A resilient and hard working character, who believes in the mantra you get out what you put in.
Able to meet and exceed sales targets, with particular sensitivity to deadlines.
A very confident communicator with a grammatically strong and fluent English.
A strong relationship builder who can confidently and tactfully lead, and close opportunities, in any conversation, both over the phone and in person.
Able to clearly identify the key requirements to create a proposition for any situation.
Competent in computer skills, able to use Microsoft Office independently.
