Corporate Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Lightwater (Hybrid Options Available)

Salary: £35,000-£50,000 + Bonus

My client who are within the Insurance industry are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join their fast growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the end- to – end lifecycle of applications as well as retention of assigned corporate clients. To apply for this position you will need experience in a similar role within Financial Services, insurance experience in desirable.

Daily Duties

This role is focused on Group business in the AWP Block.

A responsibility to at all times deliver excellent levels of customer service in the performance of the role, in

order to be effective across the following areas of responsibility;

On Boarding New Group Clients

Administer Group applications efficiently and accurately from receipt of application, to inception,

and issuance of policy documents

Ensure premiums are paid in a timely manner, both for inception and any mid-term adjustments,

and where necessary contact Clients, or their appointed Broker, in connection with outstanding

payment of premiums due, and take appropriate action

Relationship Management of Group clients, and/or their appointed Broker

Deliver effective Relationship Management to a portfolio of Group clients, or appointed Broker where applicable

Respond to all written and verbal enquiries from Group clients customers, or their appointed Broker

Ensure at all times that the language used, both verbal or written and imparts a sense of personal responsibility from the Job holder to the Client, or the appointed Broker, for issue resolution refer to Tone of Voice Guidelines

Prepare, negotiate and secure Group renewals in line with the commercial parameters set by the business

Achieve retention targets and objectives for a defined portfolio of Group clients

Administer all renewal documentation efficiently and accurately

Feedback to business leaders on market developments and share ideas to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and experience of our clients CRM Data Entry

Ensure that all activity is recorded in the applicable CRM system (Currently: Microsoft Dyanmics)

Ensure compliance with the company’s information and data security policies and procedures, as outlined in the ISMS Compliance Checklist found on the company Intranet.
