Sales Executive
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
Type: Permanent, Full-time
A telemarketing and lead generation specialist-so it’s fast-paced, KPI-driven, and ideal if you thrive on targets, phone-based work, and relationship building. Typically, these firms have a lively, energetic office culture with lots of incentives and progression into Business Development or Account Management.
Core Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
Generate 15–20 qualified leads per week for the Business Development team.
Manage all activity via the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Make outbound calls to key decision-makers to initiate relationships and qualify interest.
Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets.
Where possible, book meetings for the BD team once leads are qualified.
Ideal Candidate
Confident, resilient, and target-driven personality.
Previous sales or telesales experience is essential.
Comfortable making outbound calls (cold or warm).
Excellent communication skills — able to build rapport quickly.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
